Vermella Hackettstown is a ground-up multifamily community of six four-story residential buildings anchored by an 10,800 SF central clubhouse. The buildings vary in scale to break up massing, add visual interest, and enhance the pedestrian experience, all while maintaining a consistent palette of materials that reinforces the Vermella brand.
Developed by Russo Development in partnership with Dinallo Construction Corp., this project marks the brand’s first presence in Warren County, New Jersey. The community includes 275 residences, consisting of one-bedroom with den and two-bedroom layouts, with 15% designated as COAH-compliant affordable housing.
The site thoughtfully balances density with open areas, including courtyards and outdoor gathering spaces that encourage community interaction. The clubhouse serves as both a social and visual focal point, with large windows and flexible interior spaces that seamlessly connect to the outdoors.
Residents enjoy a range of amenities, including a pool, playground, and multiple lounge areas, extending daily living beyond the individual units. Situated in a suburban setting, the development creates a sense of openness and a strong connection to the surrounding landscape.
