Red Bank planning board approves The Rail

NJBIZ, November 7, 2018—Updated plans for The Rail @ Red Bank Station have been unanimously approved by the Red Bank Borough Planning Board. Denholtz Associates, a real estate development, investment and management company, announced the approval for the 1.25-acre, Red Bank train station adjacent redevelopment project Wednesday.

With construction set to begin in spring of 2019, Denholtz said The Rail will be situated on space currently occupied by a 30,000-square-foot office building at 116-118 Chestnut St., a vacant lot at 101-107 Oak St. and two closed restaurants.
