PERSPECTIVE NJ, Winter 2016—In the world of commercial real estate, it is not unusual to enter into a corporate headquarters or community place of worship in New Jersey that was designed by Rotwein+Blake, a renowned Livingston-based, full service architectural firm. Known in the industry as the ‘Developer’s Architect’, the firm celebrated its 60th anniversary this past year.
