Rotwein+Blake, as executive architects, teamed with Jenkins & Grey to provide full architectural services for this client. The new space was conceived to modernize the workplace, and not alienate an older client base. To allow for a comfortable client setting, the space incorporated a warm palette with an abundant use of English Brown Oak and limestone throughout.
The priority of the executive team was to offer the investment team a space that supports a healthy and comfortable work life. In a move to provide daylight to all occupants, perimeter private offices were designed with full height clear glass fronts which is further accentuated by the use of indirect lighting in the open plan area. The design also focused on creating a central gathering space with a casual lounge and state-of-the-art audio visual technology.
