NAI James E. Hanson engaged Rotwein + Blake to transform a vacant 17,000 SF warehouse located at 195 North Street in Teterboro, New Jersey, into an inspiring and forward-thinking workplace that now serves as their headquarters.

The design promotes a cultural shift in the firm, with collaborative areas providing a relaxed and casual atmosphere for Brokers to host both formal and informal client meetings. The overall aesthetic creates a new environment that fosters a sense of well-being, while increasing productivity.
