Extreme Make Over – Lessons for Life. The first of its kind in the region- Lifetown will redefine the landscape for individuals with special needs.

The 47,000 SF center is an adaptive reuse of an existing industrial building into a multi-faceted specialized facility serving special needs children and the greater community at large.  The facility will house dedicated functions and community oriented spaces including a youth center, volunteer lounge, bowling alley, multipurpose room, gymnasium, aquatic center, and a therapeutic activity wing with customized activity rooms for indoor and outdoor sensory play.

The focal point of the building will be the “Life Village”.   The 11,000 SF simulated town square is designed to help special needs children develop the necessary life skills for independent living.
