Located on the former site of a General Motors plant in Mercer County and spanning 80 acres, Ewing Town Center has emerged as a catalyst for growth and development in the area.
The street-front will feature two mixed-use buildings along Parkway Avenue, setting the tone for a vibrant community blending retail spaces, outdoor amenities, and residential units. The first building, recently completed, consists of 97 residential units. Adjacent to it, a multi-specialty medical office building, currently under construction, will span approximately 37,000 SF and complete the streetscape on Parkway Avenue.
