We are seeking a full-time Senior Project Architect with 5+ years of experience to manage all phases of architectural projects with demonstrated technical expertise on projects of various scales and complexities including mixed-use multifamily, commercial, office, medical, retail and industrial.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all project documents including plans, sections, details, etc. as part of a complete construction document
  package/set
• Provide project team leadership in coordinating execution of design intent into the construction documentation, specifications
  and -throughout construction administration
• Manage project timelines, schedules, resources and project budget
• Resolve complex technical/design issues and provide guidance to team and consultants
• Prepare and ensure accuracy of technical documents
• Understand the constructibility of design in context with building systems, codes, materials, etc.
• Provide final review and approvals of all code analysis, material selections, and specifications
  
  

Qualifications:

• 5+ years minimum experience in architectural practice
• Bachelors’ Degree in Architecture
• Architectural license in New Jersey
• Experience in schematic design, design development, construction documents and construction administration required
• Demonstrate understanding of project process and implementation
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong leadership, communication and relationship-management skills
• Experienced in client interaction
• Able to work both collaboratively and independently
• Revit skills required
• Proficient in Creative Adobe Suite applications
• Strong knowledge of building codes required
• Professional registration considered a plus
• LEED accreditation considered a plus
