The architecture reinforces the artsy character of downtown Asbury while maintaining a modern aesthetic, featuring elements of multicolored battens and accent lighting highlighting the materials throughout. Each building was designed to include amenity decks along Memorial Drive, fostering a connection between street pedestrians and residents. These decks will offer outdoor dining areas, barbecue spots, dog walking zones, lounging spaces, and areas for passive games that connect to indoor amenities.
